Returns & Refunds Policy
At Onyx, we want you to love your purchase. Our returns policy allows you to return any product—even if it has been opened or used—for any reason within 30 days of delivery.
How to Start a Return
To request a return, simply use our Contact page. Once we receive your request, our Customer Support will reach back to you and guide you through the process.
Eligibility
All products are eligible for return within 30 days, regardless of whether they are opened or used. Your return request must be submitted within this 30-day period. A proof of purchase (order number or email confirmation) is required to process all returns.
Refunds
Once we receive your return, it will be inspected and processed. Return processing typically takes 2–5 business days after the item is received. Returned items are inspected to confirm eligibility before a refund is issued. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund after the stated processing time:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your credit card company as posting times may vary
- Contact your bank as processing delays can occur

Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours so we can assist you with a replacement or refund and provide further instructions.
Sale Items
Only regularly priced items are eligible for a refund. Sale items cannot be refunded but may still be exchanged if defective. Exchanges are available for unopened products or defective items; please contact us so we can help arrange an exchange.
