Returns & Refunds Policy

At Onyx, we want you to be confident in your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

How to Start a Return

All returns must be submitted through our self-service returns portal.

 

 

  1. Click the button above.
  2. Log in to your account or request a one-time login code sent to your email.
  3. Sign in using the same email address used to place the order.
  4. Open your order details and click Request return.
  5. Select a return reason, add an optional note, and submit your request.

Once your return request is submitted, you are responsible for sending the item back to us.

Please securely package the item, locate our return address below, and ship it using a carrier of your choice.

We do not provide prepaid return labels, and no additional confirmation is required before shipping your return.

Return Eligibility

  • Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
  • Products may be returned opened or used - please ensure opened or used items are securely packaged to prevent leakage or damage during return shipping.
  • Only items purchased directly from onyxtan.com are eligible.
  • Returns must be initiated using the email address associated with the original order.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received, it will be inspected. Processing typically takes 2–5 business days after receipt.

If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Damaged or Defective Items

Damaged or defective items are subject to the same return process and conditions as standard returns outlined in this policy.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. If eligible, returned items will be refunded in accordance with this policy.
