We strive to ensure product descriptions, pricing, and availability information are accurate. However, errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct inaccuracies, update information, or cancel an order if an error is discovered, even after the order has been submitted. If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, the applicable amount paid for the cancelled order or items will be refunded to the original payment method. Colors shown on your screen may vary slightly from the actual product.

6. Orders & Payment

When you place an order, you agree to provide accurate and complete billing, shipping, and contact information. Orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We may refuse or limit any order at our discretion, including suspected fraudulent activity or bulk reseller orders. All prices are listed in US dollars unless otherwise specified.

6.1 Accepted Payment Methods

We accept the payment methods displayed as available at checkout. Available payment methods may vary depending on your device, location, order, or payment provider.

By completing a purchase, you authorize us and our payment processors to charge your selected payment method for the total amount displayed at checkout. All payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers and are subject to their terms, conditions, and security protocols.

We may refuse or cancel an order if a payment cannot be authorized, appears fraudulent, or violates these Terms of Service. If a transaction is declined or reversed by your card issuer or payment platform, we are not responsible for any associated fees, delays, or consequences.

We do not store or have access to complete credit card details. Cardholder data is handled by our payment providers in accordance with applicable payment security standards.

7. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Eligible unopened and unused products may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Return requests must be submitted through our customer account return process and are subject to review and approval.

A flat $9.95 return shipping fee applies to standard eligible returns. Once a standard return is approved, a prepaid return shipping label will be provided and the applicable return shipping fee will be deducted from the refund.

Opened or used products are not eligible for standard returns.

Damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially not-as-described items are handled separately. We may request photos or additional information before approving a claim. The $9.95 return shipping fee is waived for approved claims involving these issues.

Refunds for standard returns are issued to the original payment method after the returned item has been received, inspected, and approved. We do not offer exchanges.

8. Shipping & Delivery

We process most orders within 1–2 business days. Delivery times may vary by location. Tracking information will be provided by email once your order ships. Shipping delays due to carrier issues, weather, or other factors outside our reasonable control may affect estimated delivery times.

9. User Accounts

If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and restricting access to your device. You accept responsibility for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

10. Third-Party Links & Services

Our site may contain links to third-party websites. These links are provided for convenience only. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or policies of third-party sites. If you use them, you do so at your own risk.

11. User Content & Feedback

When you submit reviews, feedback, suggestions, or other content, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, edit, publish, and distribute that content. You agree not to submit content that violates any law, infringes intellectual property rights, or is harmful, offensive, or misleading. We may remove any content at our discretion.
