For any questions regarding your order, shipping, or tanning product recommendations, please contact us by email or by phone, and we will be happy to assist you. Our support team typically responds within 1–2 business days.

SHIPPING TIMES AND COSTS

  • Domestic delivery:
  • For orders over $50, we offer free ground shipping within the contiguous U.S. All tanning lotions and bronzers will be shipped using USPS Ground Service.
  • For orders under $50, the shipping rate is $4.95 USPS Ground (2-5 days).
  • Delivery times may vary for remote locations. If a shipment is delayed, we will notify you by email in accordance with U.S. shipping regulations (MITOR Rule).
  • We do offer shipping to P.O. boxes.

Orders are processed and fulfilled by Onyx Products, Inc. from our U.S. distribution locations. Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.

Onyx Tan accepts the following payment methods:

  • Credit & Debit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, JCB, Visa Electron. Payments are processed at checkout, ensuring secure transactions for all tanning lotions and skincare products.
  • Onyx features a Fast Checkout option, allowing you to securely save your payment details for future tanning product purchases.
  • PayPal: Easily shop for your favorite tanning accelerators, bronzers, and skin-enhancing lotions without entering credit card details at checkout.

EXCHANGES, RETURNS AND REFUNDS

At Onyx Tan, we prioritize product integrity and customer satisfaction. For hygiene and quality assurance, we do not accept returns on opened tanning lotions or bronzers to ensure every customer receives fresh, high-quality products.

If you receive the wrong product, please keep it unopened, and we will gladly provide return instructions and reimburse the shipping cost. Unopened products may be eligible for returns upon review. While such instances are rare, we are committed to resolving any issues efficiently.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part. Exchanges are available only for unopened products. We do not charge restocking fees.
