I love the packaging plus it has made a difference in my skin tan. It’s pretty quick and I’ve noticed my tattoos and my skin getting darker which is awesome. I go out for walks every day and for at least 3 miles and it’s been sunny and not so sunny and I still see a difference. You can see the tan lines plus it’s not yet summer it hydrates and makes my tattoos look great
I have been using this Tattoo saving lotion after a shower. I don't usually go in the sun without protection so I am just using it as a skin saving lotion. I love the smell, and there is a lot of it in this tube. It came sealed up nicely. My tattoo does look nice after I use this lotion. It is not greasy and it absorbed really fast.
It’s been a while since i used Onyx tanning cream. I usually use Devoted Creations White 2 Bronze Summer Natural Bronzing Butter (which I adore), but had this opportunity to try this Onyx Tattoo Rose Bronzer as part of Amazon’s Vine program. I get to try (and keep) 1 bottle and give my 100% honest opinion of it.I like this a lot. It feels really good on my skin and smells really nice. It has a fruity-candy scent with undertones of bergamont and rose with a touch of earthiness. It is quite pleasant. It uses both natural and artificial perfume. I’m not usually a fan of artificial scents, but I like this product because it is quite pleasant and not overpowering.The bronzing component of this product is very light. It has DHA in it (a common self tanning ingredient), but not heavy so the effects are very light. What’s nice about that is you can really dial in the amount of browning you want. You can keep using every day until you get the tone you like.This can also be used in a tanning bed. It is not greasy and absorbs really well. Perfect for tanning beds! It will leave you skin moisturized and smooth. I like that!This product is “made in Europe” but they are not specific on where in Europe it is manufactured. That would have been nice to know, but I am glad it’s not made in China. Europe has very strict ingredient standards, so I feel perfectly safe using this.I love this product in so many ways, but the reason I marked down by 1-star is the color of the product. They are using a combination of artificial colors and it is a light brown and kind of gross looking. They would have been better leaving out the fake colors and providing a lighter-whiter color or use caramel to make it dark like so many other products.This is marketed as a tattoo bronzer and I think that is spot on. With the moisturizing component it works well on my tattoo.
This lotion smells SO good! Even my boyfriend commented and was completely surprised to learn the scent was coming from a tanning lotion. We both agreed it smelled almost like Juicy Fruit gum, something delicious but that you can’t quite put your finger on. I love it! It’s a fun and delicious scent with no trace of odd chemicals.I’ve only gotten the chance to test it once so far. I’m an outdoor tanner so it’ll be a couple weeks til I’m able to lay out and truly put this to the test. I did give it a whirl though to see how well it applied and found that it not only smelled delicious but was moisturizing. It left my skin feeling great.This tanner is made in the EU which has some pretty strict standards about tanning lotions from all I’ve read….which is a good thing! It left me feeling confident about what I was putting on my skin.I’m giving this 5 stars even though I haven’t been able to determine how well it accelerates tanning yet. The 5 stars are for the fantastic feel and fragrance and because I’m pretty confident this is going to be a great tanning lotion. If I find that it doesn’t do all that’s promised I’ll come back to revise my review but I have a sneaking suspicion that won’t be necessary. I’m really looking forward to putting this to use!
This tannings lotion and bronzing accelerator from Onyx is excellent quality and an effective tanning lotion. The lotion is easy to use thanks to the simple squeeze bottle design. This lotion goes on wonderfully and absorbs well leaving my skin looking and feeling hydrated. I have found great tanning results with this lotion giving even tone and consistent coverage. I'm not sure about the tattoo enhancing claims, but this is a great tanning lotion either way.
