The wife goes to tanning salons and found that this is an outstanding product when it comes to the quality of the product and how healthy her skin feels when she uses it. She didn't notice it necessarily creating a tan faster or darker though.
I spent my youth in the Florida sun with nothing but baby oil mixed with iodine for protection. (I’d read somewhere that’s what Brazilians used!)Obviously, youth is wasted on the young.I’m marginally wiser now, and try to take care of my skin. But I still like looking tanned, especially when headed back to Florida to see my tanned friends. So before I head back, I first head to a sun bed. Before I hit the sun bed, I hit the tanning accelerator. Must admit I’d never heard of a tanning accelerator before I came across this tube of ONYX, but I’m sure glad I did. Not only did this wonderful cream make my skin tan beautifully and quickly, but it feels silky and not at all greasy going on the skin. And it smells lovely and soft, like talcum powder, not at all like the sour-smelling tanning creams. I’ll be sure to slather it on all over, for a week or so, before I hit the golden beaches of the Florida coast.
Have used Onyx tanning products in the past, I always love the way they smell. This is not oily like some, rubs in good. Would recommend and purchase again. A+
Since I haven't been to the beach, nor an indoor tanning bed I really can't comment on the tanning enhancing properties of this product. Here's what I can comment on, however:The packing for this lotion is frankly, beautiful. It's really well done & tasteful, and very, very attractive.The lotion itself is semi-thick, and doesn't run. It rubs in really nicely, and it is completely absorbed by the skin rather quickly. I found that my skin felt much more firm and moisturized after application. It has a nice, subtle scent that doesn't intrude.I'm most impressed by the quality of the ingredients, and the sheer number of ingredients. Photo #6 shows the back of the bottle, and all of those ingredients. I can't read them (type font is way too small, due to the incredible number of ingredients). It's just very impressive.The fact that this product has the "Mystic Oil Formula" suggests to me that you can use this product as a skin serum, even if your intention is not tanning. The oils are that good, and I feel that the nourishing effects are that profound.Very generous sized tube.
